Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Vanderlande. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and overseeing all site-based operations and maintenance activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a diverse team of maintenance technicians and coordinators
  • Overseeing all site-based operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
  • Managing and improving maintenance procedures and operational methods to enhance service delivery
  • Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained and managing risks to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Managing budget and spare parts optimization, as well as handling financial aspects including warranty issues and accounts receivables

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and previous experience in maintenance management. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and improve processes to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
