We're seeking an exceptional Global Marketing Strategist to drive commercial success in the EMEA region and beyond. As part of our Global Commercial Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with global marketing, sales teams, and other key functions to lead commercial planning activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Marketing Launch Planning & Performance Reporting: Develop and execute marketing launch plans for product or service introductions, establish clear KPIs, and track performance to measure launch success.
  • Channel Planning & Metrics Analysis: Create, implement, and optimize channel plans across digital, social, and traditional media, conduct monthly performance reviews, and refine approach based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead Generation through Digital Marketing: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement, leveraging SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Quarterly Promotions & Program Management: Plan and execute quarterly promotions and targeted programs to engage customers, drive revenue growth, and support key business objectives.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in a similar Business-to-Business Marketing role, preferably in Pharma or Medical devices industries.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required, cultural sensitivity essential due to international team collaboration.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
