Yacht Construction Expert Wanted

Mobeco Group B.V., a renowned project organization in the niche markets of technology, is seeking an experienced Shipbuilding Engineer to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the entire technical design of yacht construction, from hull construction to exterior design.

As a key member of our Shipbuilding Engineering Department, you will be responsible for creating clear and well-thought-out drawings that meet the production requirements. Our extensive internal training programs will enable you to grow from 2D designs to 3D designs, enhancing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of the entire technical design of yacht construction
  • Making technical drawings based on the design plan
  • Handling unique designs
  • Executing the entire yacht construction process in-house
  • Creating 2D (and 3D) designs with AutoCAD
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in shipbuilding engineering
  • Proficiency in creating 2D designs using AutoCAD
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
