Your Responsibilities

As a Management Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and providing them with a warm and personalized experience
  • Actively responding to guests' requests and exceeding their expectations
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
  • Supporting the operational department heads in their management tasks, such as administration, scheduling, and quality control
  • Driving the commercial performance of the hotel by growing sales, promoting events, and other initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow in your career
  • The ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
