Driving strategic change within ING is a key responsibility for this role. As a change expert, you will be part of a global pool of professionals working across multiple locations. Your main responsibility will be to orchestrate and drive complex change initiatives and programs with energy and rigor, across tribes, functions, business lines, and/or countries.

Global Change Execution is responsible for driving change and attracting and developing change experts who can advance their careers within ING. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the bank's strategic priorities and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assignments that contribute to ING's strategic priorities and commitments
  • Be part of an active global community of change experts who share best practices and develop skills

Requirements:

  • All-round change professional/programme manager with experience in driving and delivering complex change initiatives
  • Experience in Financial Markets and its products, life cycle, and processing (Front to Finance)
  • Experience in (agile) programme management in an international context
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and benefits related to strategic objectives
  • Strong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, stakeholder management up to board levels, and effective communication
  • High resilience and ability to deal with significant ambiguity in a complex and changing environment
  • Proactive, can-do mentality, positive mind-set, and organizational sensitivity
  • Ability to coach colleagues on-the-job
  • Excellent level of English
  • Master's degree and relevant certifications
