About You- You have a hands-on approach with strong communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
- A customer-centric mindset helps you empathize with clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset, but not a requirement. We're willing to invest in your development if you bring the right attitude.
- A minimum of fluency in both English and Dutch is essential for effective communication.
- You possess experience in customer-facing roles and are comfortable working independently under pressure.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues on our Tribe CRM application, often collaborating with users via TeamViewer.
- Monitor the timely handling of inquiries within set objectives, striving for efficiency and quality.
- Take incoming phone calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns promptly.
- Contribute to our knowledge base of troubleshooting guides to facilitate future resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal procedures and adapt quickly to new features and functionalities.
- Develop standard texts and instruction documents to optimize the customer care process.
