We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, which is one of the highest salaries in the industry for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation and flexibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care based on values and evidence-based practice. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or (RNLD), you will provide effective and compassionate nursing care to female adults with complex mental health needs, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, provide mentorship and support to team members, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
