Customer Service Agent - German Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a German-speaking customer service agent in Amsterdam.

About the Role:

As a customer service agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
