Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our global finance organization in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our adherence to all relevant European regulatory requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports, including COREP, FINREP, MSR, and MESREP.
- Produce various annual filings, such as ICAAP documents, Recovery and Resolution Plans, and Pillar 3 reports.
- Review and distribute daily capital and liquidity metrics to key stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance regulatory compliance and financial reporting processes.
- Work in partnership with the business to onboard new products and services.
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to other departments.
- Develop robust improvements and controls within the regulatory reporting environment.
- Prepare policy and procedure documentation related to regulatory reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from regulators and ensure timely completion of related special projects and analysis work.
- At least 5 years of experience in the preparation of regulatory returns.
- Knowledge of CRD IV and Investment Firm Regime.
- Experience with COREP/FINREP report production.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA or international equivalent preferred).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages desired.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to define and resolve problems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent documentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, conscientious, and easily adaptable to constant change.
- Professional demeanor and ability to use discretion when working with confidential material.
