We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand and address business issues and develop effective solutions.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to people leaders and employees on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and reward and recognition.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve organizational performance.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
- Act as a sparring partner for the People Business Partner, providing counsel and support to people leaders and employees.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Over 5+ years of experience working in HR within an international organization.
- Extensive HR experience and knowledge, including proficiency in labor law.
- Strong business acumen and interest in business practice.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
