Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our International Pure Players team as an intern. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the international online presence of our partners, ensuring they meet our brand standards. This includes exporting and communicating new content and copy for product detail pages, supporting product launches, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also possess a proactive and dedicated personality, with a strong eye for detail and a commercial mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain international online presence of partners, ensuring they meet Rituals brand standards.
  • Export and communicate new content and copy for product detail pages.
  • Support product launches by communicating product information through master data.
  • Assist with planning and execution of online marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly team meeting presentations.
  • Work closely with Senior Coordinator on daily tasks.
  • Provide operational support to Account Managers and Senior Coordinator.
  • Monitor partner websites for categorization and out-of-stock issues.

Requirements:

  • HBO/WO student or equivalent, preferably with an international education.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proactive and dedicated personality with a strong eye for detail.
  • Cross-cultural skills and flexibility.
  • Accurate and structured work approach.
  • Communicative and service-oriented attitude.
  • Task-oriented, independent, and hands-on mentality.
  • Commercial mindset and affinity for the cosmetic and retail industry.
