About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Intelligence Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our business intelligence analytics products and platforms, including data warehousing, data visualizations, and interactive reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in BI technology and architecture, including data warehousing, dimensional modeling, OLAP functionality, reporting tools, and information delivery methods.
  • Develop database and data presentation solutions to deliver information accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user story requests from internal business customers.
  • Contribute to project teams developing complex information solutions.
  • Administer and maintain the BI Portal, data warehouse, and existing BI solutions.
  • Develop expertise in data models and supported business domains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience (minimum 5 years work experience).
  • Strong understanding of BI concepts and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to write SQL/TSQL queries to retrieve/modify data.
  • Previous experience with BIDS/MSBI Stack.
  • Proven ability to work with less senior staff for guidance in solution delivery.
  • Ability to abstract a concept into lifecycle components and events.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications. Additionally, you will receive plenty of scope and budget for personal and professional development, as well as a good pension scheme.
