Service Execution Team Leader

About the Role
We are looking for a Service Execution Team Leader to join our team at IKEA.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Execution Co-workers, ensuring a high-performing daily operation connected to Service Execution for the unit. This includes efficient staging and preparation for last mile and loading operations, required handover and loading capacities, inventory and handling management, and compliance to applicable frameworks and guidelines.
You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the unit and ensure Service Execution Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
Additionally, you will take direct lead in identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the talents in the Service Execution team to secure a diverse and high-performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive gross monthly salary, with a 13th month and 8% holiday pay. You will also receive a collective bonus scheme, travel expenses for public transport, and a lease bicycle or travel allowance if you live within a certain radius from the IKEA store. Additionally, you will enjoy 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands and various arrangements that suit your personal situation, such as transition leave and equal paid birth leave.
