Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Manager to join our team in Schiedam, The Netherlands. As a Contract Manager, you will lead and manage long-term maintenance agreement activities to ensure customer satisfaction and meet set quality, financial, cost, and time targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned maintenance agreements
  • Proactively communicate with customers
  • Lead and coach the Agreement Contract core team
  • Execute assigned contracts in accordance with Wärtsilä guidelines
  • Follow up and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial, operative, and technical performance

Requirements

  • Background/Education in technical/commercial area
  • At least five years' experience in contract management and/or sales, project delivery, or field service
  • Native Dutch and excellent knowledge of English
  • Proven technical experience in marine operations
  • Internal Combustion engine experience in marine operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Skilled in planning, target setting, and reporting
