We work in English as our common language and have a flat hierarchy. Currently growing, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Mission Of This Role

We need a Senior Product Manager responsible for owning a value stream for our financial product. Your primary goal is to develop and implement a strategic product vision that aligns with our long-term goals.

You'll gain a deep understanding of our target customers, market landscape, and product capabilities to ensure the team focuses on impactful projects. You'll decide the next cool feature to add to your product (roadmap), make the best bets, and minimize risk through discovery.

You'll work amongst innovative, hardworking, entrepreneurial, and great team players. Don't worry about making mistakes; you'll learn from them. We aim to work smart, creatively, and collaboratively to build a platform our customers love.

What You'll Do
  • Closely collaborate with the Head of Product to own the product roadmap, vision, and delivery of one of our financial products or modules.
  • Envision a long-term horizon for your product, driven by intuition, expertise, and experience, supported by data.
  • Translate product goals to an actionable roadmap, understanding customer needs through discovery, data analysis, and market research.
  • Work with launching customers and conduct user tests to understand adoption drivers.
  • Manage visibility of the roadmap to the development team and internal stakeholders.
  • Closely collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate solutions and manage risks.
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth go-to-market releases.

This role requires autonomy, freedom, and responsibility. Share knowledge, best practices, and mentor the Product team to help everyone level up in terms of product craft and delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS software company, preferably in a scaleup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in maximizing value for end-users aligned with company and product goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in finding product-market fit in various stages of the product life cycle.
  • Understanding concepts of Product-Led Growth, Continuous Discovery, Triple Diamond.
  • Experience with software product development methodologies like Scrum.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: €6,600 (+8% holiday benefit)
