We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our team at the Venture Centre AUAS, part of IXA UvA-HvA. As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and organizing the Responsible Dynamic Digital Change Agents (RDDCA) Summer School and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-design the RDDCA Summer School and SME goes Digital Challenge in collaboration with international academic partners.
  • Develop course materials, including learning goals, online videos, assignments, and activities, in collaboration with international partners.
  • Coordinate student recruitment efforts at AUAS and beyond, engaging with students from Business, Engineering, IT, and Sport & Nutrition disciplines.
  • Formulate a plan of implementation for the summer school for 2025, including logistic and administrative aspects as well as evaluation methods.
About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have experience in pedagogy, curricula design, assessment design, challenge-based learning, and development of training materials for students in higher education. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills in English, and a solution-focused mindset are essential.
