About the Role:
The Regional IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing a team of technical professionals and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their IT service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.
- Represent IT on Regional and Site round tables where appropriate.
- Act as a direct line of communication with Regional Operational Leaders, promoting the IT strategy.
- Provide feedback to the Global IT Organization on requested enhancements.
- Identify trends in IT support issues and work to reduce repeat incidents.
- Ensure that IT service level agreements (SLAs) are established, monitored, and achieved or exceeded.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, a thirteenth month, a personal budget, an annual bonus, a minimum of 25 vacation days and 15 ADV days, a tax-optimal pension scheme and flexible working hours. In addition, you will receive a commuting allowance.
