About the Role

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is a leading provider of integrated control systems for industrial processes. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist.

This position is responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation with our Top Customers in the France and Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure profitable growth through high levels of customer satisfaction, supported by technical and application expertise, sales skills, and knowledge of Nordson Industrial Coating Systems.
  • Manage each customer effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for each Top customer, aligned with NBS Next targets, to secure profitable growth within given territories.
  • Perform audits of Nordson application systems, assist customers with settings, and finalize tuning of applications.
  • Utilize value-selling skills to identify and promote the latest Nordson products to the customer base.
  • Conduct training schools for customer personnel.
  • Report all activities and customer data in CRM systems to ensure complete transparency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical and sales skills, enabling effective communication with customers at all levels.
  • Technical education and experience in an industrial environment (5+ years).
  • Electrician or relevant experience.
  • Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage.
  • Capable of working independently with a structured method of work and high efficiency.
  • Team player in a multinational team.
  • Language skills: fluent English and French.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingsness to travel 80% (typically 1-4 day trips).

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive company-provided equipment, including a company car, laptop, and cell phone.
