Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in advising banks, insurers, and real estate companies on complex transformation programs. Your expertise in finding creative and sustainable solutions during organizational changes will be invaluable to our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategy and transformation programs for financial services clients
  • Lead complex transformation initiatives, including change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored advice on strategy and operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services to clients
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €150,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
