About This Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team as an AI Innovator. As a key member of our AI practice, you will collaborate with international teams to understand client requirements and identify opportunities to leverage (Gen)AI solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their data-related challenges and translate these into data-driven solutions. You will also analyze and/or clean data sets to make them ready for usage in data science solutions, build and train AI models using various techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, deploy AI solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Synechron's international practices to understand client requirements and identify GenAI opportunities;
- Engage with clients to understand their data-related challenges and translate these to data-driven solutions;
- Analyze and/or clean data sets to make them ready for usage in data science solutions;
- Build and train AI models using various techniques, algorithms, and frameworks;
- Deploy AI solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance;
- Showcase the value and benefits of AI solutions to clients and provide technical guidance and expertise;
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Large Language Model technologies;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI systems;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams;
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, PySpark, R, or Java;
- Demonstratable experience with at least one advanced machine learning application: natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and/or other deep learning techniques;
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure but also AWS, GCP etc.) and big data technologies (Databricks) is a plus;
