Systems Commissioning Specialist

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supervising installation, start-up, and commissioning of supplied systems on-site, involving frequent international travel. Key tasks include conducting system testing, coordinating internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) according to specifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform panel tests, set up test facilities in cooperation with the projects department, conduct functional testing of engineered systems, and create proper test records. They will also compile project documentation, installation manuals, operation manuals, and test procedures, including software documentation. Furthermore, they will provide service and maintenance, including performing periodic maintenance and validation of installed systems, providing customer support on installed systems, either from the office or on-site, organizing training sessions, and preparing training documentation for internal and external use. Finally, the job entails executing work abroad, which comprises approximately 50 to 70 percent of the workload.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant working experience. Strong technical and commercial awareness, as well as a flexible and proactive attitude, are essential. The ability to work effectively in an international environment and excellent communication skills are also required. Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken, is necessary. Familiarity with CT standards and guidelines such as ISO, AGA, API, OIML, etc., and knowledge of PLC and SCADA software, computer systems/networking, field instrumentation, communication protocols, and software programming in general are also important. Knowledge of software development methods, automated testing, and software architecture is beneficial.
What We Offer
In addition to the opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills, we offer a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and education. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a well-arranged pension, working from home scheme, 25 vacation days and 5 collective days off, training budget, and access to the KROHNE Campus. After a period of secondment and functioning properly, you can be contracted by our client. Courses to develop yourself professionally and personally via Trinamics Academy are also available.
