Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions and execute procurement activities according to prevailing regulations and policies.
  • Search for and evaluate alternative suppliers of equipment, materials, and services.
  • Prepare ITT documents and perform tender evaluation and negotiation.
  • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
  • Process VORs from suppliers, controlling risk, interface, budget, reporting, and approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master's degree in relevant subjects is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge within contracting and procurement is a requirement.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
