About the Role

Design Hotel Maastricht is an innovative and dynamic team looking for an intern to join our hospitality team. As an all-round intern, you will be the face of the hotel, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations and a high level of service quality.
  • Assist with various tasks, including front desk duties, room preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a good command of English preferred.
