Senior Clinical Research Specialist

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Research team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of clinical studies, as well as developing and overseeing clinical strategies for assessing product safety and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies for products under clinical investigation.
- Prepare and author clinical study documents, including protocols and patient record forms.
- Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies of products with commercial potential.
- Oversee and interpret results of clinical investigations in preparation for new device or consumer application.
- Manage operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP), and specific country regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related medical/scientific field.
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience, or a Master's degree/PhD with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
- Experience managing multiple clinical research sites with proven results in study execution.
- Experience developing clinical strategies and study design.
