Inside Sales Executive for RDS with SaaS/AI Platform Sales Expertise

About the Role

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new customer relationships across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with account managers to drive a holistic client approach and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Define sales forecasts and develop business cases to support sales initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex enterprise-grade SaaS/AI platform solutions. You will have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a simple and impactful way.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 4 years of experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS/AI platform solutions within a vertical space.
  • Proven experience in selling via digital channels in an inside sales function.
  • Consistent record of landing business for a new SaaS/AI platform service and ability to provide evidence of winning first deals in a competitive environment.
  • Master's degree.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Fluent business English.
  • Another native European language.
  • Understanding of the European commercial risk insights market, on either climate risk, supply chain risk, or property risk.
