About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the Heinz brand in the Benelux region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, driving innovation, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the brand strategy for Heinz in the Benelux, including retail and away-from-home channels.
  • Define innovation opportunities and roll-out of innovations in the local market.
  • Develop the communications strategy and comms plan to land the brand in culture, working closely with the regional Heinz brand team.
  • Define the brand building strategy for away-from-home to activate the brand front of house.
  • Understand consumers' needs and identify relevant consumer insights.
  • Prepare 3-year strategy and country annual plans with the category team.
  • Ensure excellent execution of agreed plans in the local market.
  • Monitor competitive activities.
  • Tight control of allocated marketing budget.
  • Daily management of one direct report.
  • Support the marketing director in the marketing transformation, with thought leadership on capability building, creativity, inspirational sessions, and team engagement.
Requirements
  • Relevant master's degree.
  • 6+ years of work experience in FMCG marketing with strong functional marketing knowledge.
  • Experience in the innovation process.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Previous management experience is a plus.
