Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as HR Operations Specialists. This role plays a pivotal part in managing HR operations and enhancing employee engagement strategies. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Process Management: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preboarding operations such as offer letter preparation and background checks, as well as onboarding operations like orientation and training.
  • HR Data Management: Handle HR data management, including employee personal information and HRIS data entry and management.
  • Performance Management: Follow up on performance management, reporting, and quality control.
  • Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Handle employee satisfaction survey operations, collect, and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
  • Benefit Package Administration: Administer benefit package operations, communicate benefits, and answer employee queries.
  • Salary Changes and Payroll: Handle salary change operations and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Data Preparation for Payroll: Prepare data for payroll and manage payroll vendor relationships.
  • Offboarding Process Management: Manage the offboarding process for employees, including exit interviews.
  • Employee Queries and Knowledge Base Management: Answer employee queries and ensure that the knowledge base/self-service management is up to date.
Requirements
  • Career Break: You must have taken a career break of at least 6 months (e.g., for family commitments, personal reasons, sabbatical, etc.) and are now looking to return to the workforce.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Professional Background: Minimum 3 years of previous experience and expertise in HR operations or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven to succeed. Display a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis. Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws. Experience with benefits administration and payroll processes.

  • Paid Program: Participants will receive a fair salary throughout the 12-week SOAR program. Estimated annual salary: €60,000 - €80,000 depending on location and experience.
