We are currently seeking a skilled Strategic Employer Branding Professional to join our team in Leiden, Netherlands.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an Employer of Choice.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external channels, including social media, job vacancies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage labor market data and recruitment marketing tools to analyze trends and refine our recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team, HR, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with several years of relevant experience in Employer Branding and/or Recruitment Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch a plus.
  • Strong execution skills, capable of turning strategy into action, and a proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
