Job Title: Production Specialist

Job Summary:
DJI is a global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative drones and devices for camera technology. We are currently looking for a Production Specialist to join our team in Barendrecht.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor after-sales business indicators to optimize internal service processes
- Responsible for following up the introduction of new products, docking R&D, FAE, factories to learn new products and their production processes
- Responsible for quality analysis, improvement, process optimization
- Implementing analysis and optimization on product maintenance strategy
- Developing a product maintenance SBOM according to the product maintenance strategy
- Responsible for Application and distribution of production fixtures, tools, and packaging materials
- Drafting new product relevant technical standard introduction documents
- Processing, collecting and providing feedback of problems related to the introduction of new products
- Providing relevant technical support for overseas repairs

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering related background is preferred
- Understand the common materials and process of electronic equipment parts and components, and familiar with circuit boards and circuit diagrams
- Experience in after-sales or technical support is preferred
- Rigorous work attitude, logical thinking and strong pressure resistance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to effectively promote the cooperation and work progress of related departments
