Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our HR Officers with day-to-day operational HR tasks, ensuring seamless team member and leader support.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters, setting them up for success.
  • Assist in actively recruiting top candidates for our vacancies, helping us find the best fit for our team.
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including career fairs and open days, to showcase our company culture.
  • Support projects focused on legislation, absenteeism, and engagement, driving positive change within our organization.
  • Provide administrative support, including reports, data analysis, and presentations, to inform our HR strategies.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Dutch, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Embody our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement, and Care.
  • Commit to a minimum internship duration of 10 months.
