Sia Partners, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Solutions Architect to join our team in Data Science. As a key member of our Consulting Team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver robust data architectures that meet client needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored data solutions
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud-based services (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Leverage Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools to ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of data applications
  • Work with Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases to develop and optimize data processing workflows
  • Ensure data security and compliance through implementation of robust access controls and encryption measures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based services (GCP, AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a DevOps culture and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
