About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maastricht. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing international orders, providing administrative support, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process international orders from start to finish, including order input, shipping, and after-sales support.
- Support the customer service team in processing new material requests and creating new customer files.
- Provide product samples and technical data sheets to clients upon request, coordinating shipments and registering sample requests.
- Maintain master data in SAP and generate sales reports.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer complaints.
- Interface effectively with internal departments to obtain information about customer queries, orders, and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, administration, languages, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in French or German an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
