Project Manager with Expertise in Observability and Dutch Proficiency

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Next-Link in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Drive the implementation of Observability solutions, including monitoring and logging, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or software development projects.
  • Proven experience in managing projects with Observability components, including monitoring and logging.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
