Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Development Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing key account relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the wind energy industry.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet financial targets
  • Promoting Enerpac products and services through presentations, seminars, and training sessions
  • Registering Enerpac on approved vendor lists and specifying our products with key accounts
  • Creating key account development plans and managing their execution
  • Identifying prospects and projects to expand revenue and profitability from key accounts in the wind energy industry
  • Supporting sales team members on complex commercial proposals
  • Collaborating with regional teams to drive growth in the industry
  • Developing and implementing strategic direction based on market analysis
  • Providing regular sales reports and activity updates
  • Meeting non-financial goals developed with the leadership team
  • Utilizing industry databases to identify and engage relevant players and promote Enerpac products
  • Identifying and pursuing key decision-makers in wind OEM companies and contractors


Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Sales experience with complex accounts and multiple teams or project members
  • A good understanding of the wind energy industry
  • Sufficient technical competencies or the ability to navigate a technical environment with subject matter experts
  • Excellent communication skills among diverse groups and levels within the company and customer organization
  • The ability to search for solutions, continuous improvement, and raise the bar to stretch own and others' levels of achievement
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office suite, Oracle, and industry databases
  • Inspiring and motivating stakeholders, creating energy by example
  • The ability to clarify complex situations, encourage change, and promote diversity of ideas
  • Managing multiple priorities with a bias towards action and speed
  • A pragmatic approach with established priorities, results-oriented integrity, and respect
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Experience selling industrial tools or equipment, preferably in the wind energy industry


Work Environment:



This role involves frequent travel (+%) to customer and company locations, including international destinations. You will work in a typical office environment with a hybrid setup that includes location and home office options.



The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
