Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Regional Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Academic/Master: 7+ years of experience in procurement of indirect categories and project implementation
  • Higher Vocational/Bachelor: 10+ years of experience in procurement of indirect categories and project implementation

Competencies

  • Project and program management/business case building
  • Project scoping and implementation
  • Solid understanding of business complexity and knowledge of MRO and facility management
  • Highly analytical and able to structure, organize, and prioritize workloads
  • Change management and key stakeholder management: capable to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Result-oriented/decisiveness
  • Ability to sell and influence ideas
  • Commercial acumen and digital foresight
