Strategic Financial Leader

As a highly skilled Finance Director, you will play a key role in leading our Dutch offices and serving as a strategic financial advisor. You will contribute to the overall success of the organization by adapting and implementing group-level financial initiatives and developing local financial processes. Your expertise will ensure consistency and efficiency across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to maintain optimal financial health.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the Dutch market, applying proactive strategies to address financial challenges.
- Provide financial insights to local management and the Group CFO, informing strategic decision-making.
- Develop a comprehensive reporting framework, including financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Group Finance team to enhance reporting tools, improving auditing and reporting processes.
Requirements
- A completed university education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the audit practice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
