To support the growth and development of our Global Master Data Management Team, we're seeking a skilled Data Governance Expert.

As a Data Governance Expert, you'll play a crucial role in setting up, managing, and maintaining the integrity of our master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain accurate and consistent master data records, encompassing product information, customer data, vendor details, and pricing data.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, resolve data issues, and support data-related projects.
  • Serve as a Lead Process Improver, organizing and developing global key user meetings.
  • Design and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and business strategies.
  • Continuously monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators, implementing improvements as needed.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data governance or a similar role.
  • Experience with ERP migration is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management software and ERP systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills; ability to initiate and participate in projects leading to efficient and effective improvements within Jiffy Group.
