About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist fluent in German to join our Marketing and Sales teams. As the liaison between these departments, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to develop leads from marketing campaigns, meet sales quotas, and cultivate strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Present our company to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our XDR platform.
- Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and tools as sales opportunities, leveraging your communication skills to close deals.
- Identify client needs and tailor product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives to facilitate seamless handoffs.
- Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results, using data to inform future strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- A track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, particularly when analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
