We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Front Office Host to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run various shifts independently, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Operate the hotel telephone switchboard and assist guests at the kiosks.
  • Be an ambassador for our hotel, promoting our services and amenities.
Requirements:
  • At least six months of experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the language.
