Role Overview

We are seeking an International Visibility Manager to lead our global visibility strategy and increase the presence and impact of Perfetti van Melle in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand priorities into relevant and engaging visibility tools in-store
  • Develop and embed POSM for global brands and new products
  • Consolidate market needs and develop price-optimized solutions
  • Work with internal design agencies and external suppliers to design impactful POS materials
  • Maintain and build usage of our global visibility DAM (Digital Asset Management tool)

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment
  • Offline marketing expertise
  • Bachelor/Masters level thinking and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills and attention to detail

  • A 40-hour workweek in an international and dynamic environment
  • A competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000) and bonus scheme
