About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at HSD Campus. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic relationships.


Your Responsibilities



  • Represent HSD Campus to our customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform customer engagement strategies

What We're Looking For



  • Relevant professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, mobile technologies, and security best practices
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
