Are you an enthusiastic and driven student seeking a rewarding internship experience? Become a part of the Supply Chain Operations team at Rituals. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the monthly S&OP activities, working closely with various sales channels including Retail, Digital, Wholesale, and Travel, as well as marketing and innovation teams to ensure optimal demand forecasting for our product range.

This internship presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire practical experience, engage with diverse departments, enhance your stakeholder management skills, and strengthen your analytical abilities. We are in search of a well-organized individual capable of juggling multiple responsibilities effectively.

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

As an intern, you will be actively involved in daily operations and projects, assisting in the development of forecasts for promotional initiatives.

  • You will aid the Senior S&OP Commercial Planner in calculating demand volumes, conducting data-driven analyses, and preparing presentations.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to gather essential business drivers and validate inputs from our stakeholders.
  • You will analyze and assess forecasting accuracy on a monthly basis in partnership with the respective business lines.
  • You will coordinate with other supply chain stakeholders to communicate the forecasted volumes, ensuring that the appropriate quantities are procured and replenished for each channel.

This role offers an exciting blend of analytical tasks and stakeholder engagement, built on strong relationships. You will report directly to the Senior S&OP Commercial Planner and be an integral part of the S&OP team within the Supply Chain department.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are currently enrolled in a higher education program focusing on Business Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • You are available for a minimum of four days a week for an internship lasting five to six months.
  • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • You have a proficient command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus (both spoken and written).
  • You strive for excellence while valuing teamwork, are proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented. You take pleasure in continuously improving processes.
