Senior Demand Planner, Sales Pipeline Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planner to join our team at EVBox. As a key member of our Supply Chain Organization, you will play a vital role in delivering a 12-month consensus forecast of EVBox products. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing forecast accuracy, minimizing bias, and driving improved inventory performance.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and own Salesforce Pipeline Review meetings with Regional Directors and their teams to evaluate adherence to best practices and ensure pipeline integrity;
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to receive regular updates on the pipeline, which will serve as the baseline for the Product Revenue forecast;
- Establish standardized best practices and policies for managing Salesforce opportunities to ensure consistency across Commercial teams;
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing forecast accuracy and reducing bias, with a commitment to continuous monitoring and improvement;
- Own the Forecast to Fill initiative with the goal of supporting Sales teams with the management of delivery dates on opportunity level;
- Cooperate with the commercial team to identify IT enhancements within Salesforce that facilitate forecasting for the Sales teams;
- Participate in the monthly Demand Review, as part of the established SIOP process:
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for Demand Review by providing updates on regional pipeline developments, hygiene KPIs, and forecast accuracy
- Support Regional Directors during the meeting by providing pipeline updates and insights
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of dashboards within Salesforce and PowerBI, ensuring data alignment and avoiding redundancy across sources;
- Deliver regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on forecast accuracy and sales pipeline performance;
- Serve as a backup to the rest of the Demand Planning on responsibilities related to the forecasting process;
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
We are looking for a process-oriented, data-savvy, and autonomous Senior Demand Planner with a strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management. You should have a proven track record of influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels, as well as effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with big-scale process implementation, monitoring, and improvements is essential. You should also be able to work collaboratively and adapt to a quickly changing environment. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and R is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and any other European language is a plus.
