About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S&OP Lead to join our team at Nutreco. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to optimize supply chain costs and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Manage the monthly S&OP cycle, including preparing and facilitating supply reviews and executive meetings.
  • Maintain frequent communication with key stakeholders to monitor progress against the plan.
  • Accountable for maintaining master data, systems, and software related to Supply Network planning.
  • Analyse trends and data to continuously enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the planning process to enhance End-2-End Supply Chain reliability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a preference for a master's degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience within a large-scale supply chain organization.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, with proficiency in Dutch considered advantageous.
