Job Description


In this role as Heavy Transport Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for the MOT inspection of DSV trailers. You will inspect the trailers in accordance with the APK guidelines, draw up an (inspection) report with your findings, and communicate this to the Workshop Manager.



Key Responsibilities



  • Inspecting vehicles in accordance with the APK guidelines;
  • Drawing up an (inspection) report with your findings;
  • Carrying out minor repairs that can be repaired immediately;
  • Taking responsibility for the maintenance of tools and measuring equipment;
  • Assisting the MOT inspector during spot checks.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed vmbo or mbo education in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, agricultural mechanisation, or mobile equipment, and some experience as a MOT inspector in the heavy transport sector.
