At ING, we're looking for a talented Financial Expert to join our MidCorp Zuidwest team. As a key member of our Client Service Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing expert guidance on complex financing issues, and exceeding their expectations.

About the Role:

You'll be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to understand the financial needs of our customers and develop tailored solutions. With your expertise in business lending and credit facilities, you'll be able to advise our customers on the best options for their business, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance on complex financing issues to our customers
  • Developing and delivering tailored solutions to meet our customers' financial needs
  • Working closely with our team to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we're always delivering the best possible service

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with a passion for business lending and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You'll need to be fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong academic background. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is also essential, as is a deep understanding of complex financing issues and business credit facilities.
