About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Sales Leader to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in this dynamic market.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing commercial businesses and building high-performing sales teams. You will be accountable for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.
Your primary focus will be on leading the local Benelux zone S&RC business, driving sales growth through direct and indirect channels, and delivering patient and customer engagement through effective communication and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all local sales activities related to S&RC, including account management, account planning, and sales execution.
- Delight patients and customers by ensuring our offering is well-positioned in the market.
- Provide market information, including current trends, sales techniques, and application of S&RC solutions along the health continuum.
- Engage in continuous dialogue with the central EMEAR SRC team regarding performance, forecasts, market trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Drive the execution of the EMEA SRC marketing plan, including NPI and portfolio management for products, solutions, and services in the local market.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with top customers, channel partners, end-users, and stakeholders.
- Build a strong S&RC sales team with capabilities to enable present and future success.
Sales Responsibilities
- Manage the sales function in the zone to maximize sales, volumes, and revenues for S&RC.
- Lead opportunity management and establish key sales commercial and operations plans, including processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
- Negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.
Requirements
- A proven track record of managing commercial businesses and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Experience of executing new business models, such as services and subscriptions.
- Proven skills in communicating with all levels internally and externally, up to and including C-suite level.
- Results-oriented, taking personal accountability to deliver results.
- Problem-solving skills, able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and preferably German.

Compensation
We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from €120,000 to €180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus structure.
