About the Role

The Senior Translational Research Scientist is a critical member of the Translational & Quantitative Science (T&QS) department, embedded in a global team that focuses on preclinical and translational research for novel antibody products.

As a key contributor to the TR team, you will be responsible for designing and executing in vitro experiments to study the mechanism of action of our antibody products. Your work will play a crucial role in indication prioritization and biomarker identification, enabling the optimal translational strategy to test our antibody products in the clinic.

Frequently used techniques include multicolour flow cytometry, cell culture, functional cellular assays, life cell imaging, and immunoassays. You will also lead assay development, optimization, and implementation efforts, as well as support automation and E-Systems development.

Requirements

  • Completion of HLO education or equivalent in a relevant life science subject with >4 years lab experience in industry or academia.
  • Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in immuno-oncology and its techniques, particularly multicolour flow cytometry, cell culture/functional cellular assays, and immunoassays.
  • Precise and efficient execution of experiments and documentation of results; ability to take ownership in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Enthusiasm and goal-oriented approach; open communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Taking initiative, setting high quality standards, and contributing to various projects.
  • Capable of independently planning, designing, and running experiments in parallel with limited supervision, working in a flexible way with tight timelines.
  • Fluency in English.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
