IT Infrastructure Specialist

Are you passionate about maintaining and continuously improving the IT landscape of an integrated shipowner? We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic team at Anthony Veder.
As a key member of our Technology & Support team, you will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and continuously improving a scalable, safe, and open infrastructure that meets the business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver IT changes to maintain and improve our IT landscape in close cooperation with colleagues and vendors.
- Work with our IT vendors to ensure timely solutions and drive them to act within Service Level Agreements.
- Use your technical knowledge and experience to suggest and execute improvements for the IT landscape and associated processes.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including incident resolution, changes, and project implementations.
- Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and validated before implementation to maintain system integrity.
- Support your colleagues with your expert IT knowledge and experience both for incidents and implementation projects.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written command of English and Dutch.
- MBO IT or HBO IT or equivalent with > 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with implementing IT changes in conjunction with vendors.
- Experience with providing expert support to colleagues.
- Experience, including certification, of relevant Microsoft products (incl. Azure) (preferred).
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and Agile delivery (preferred).
