About the Role

As an Operations Improvement Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our team with day-to-day operational tasks and improving workflow efficiency through automation. You will join our operations team, working closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the company.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to enhance operational workflows, develop automation tools, and maintain custom solutions that contribute to the company's overall efficiency and productivity.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with routine daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Performing data analysis to provide key insights for business improvement opportunities.
  • Improving and streamlining workflows by developing and implementing automated solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining Excel macros and Excel-based automation tools.
  • Developing custom solutions within Google Workspace applications.
  • Using Google AppScript to automate and streamline processes.
  • Writing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

About You

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating at an HBO level, preferably with a diploma in logistical engineering, data science, or logistics. You should have an analytical mindset with an eye for detail and enjoy solving process improvement challenges. Experience with Google Apps Script and Google Workspace APIs is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, including creating and managing macros, is also essential. Additionally, experience in writing and maintaining automated test scripts is beneficial.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
